      • April 2, 2007 - “Rock’n Rabid Rumbler” debuts as the parks new roller coaster, Jay Conley’s tallest, fastest, and longest model roller coaster to date.
      • May 1, 2007 - Summer 2007 Rides/Attractions improvements list is announced.

      • June 1, 2007 - Park opens for its Summer 2007 season with various new guest service entities, including ‘meal plans’ for guests that come in groups of all sizes from 2 and above.
      • June 1, 2007 - “Dance House” is officially renamed to “Dance Zone Gazebo” and introduces 7 new dance shows and interactive guest entertainment.
      • July 31, 2007 - Park closes for full refurbishments and announces a late Fall 2007 season.

      • August 14, 2007 - Fall 2007 Rides/Attractions and other park improvements are announced.
      • September 1, 2007 - Park open for Fall 2007 season along with a new creature themed spinning ride “Eighty 8.”
      • September 6, 2007 - “Haunted DeadFest” park event announced to run during October 2007.
      • October 3, 2007 - Holiday Season 2007 park improvements are announced.

      • November 1, 2007 - “Rabid Rumbler 360” announced with a new longer layout and new theme.
      • November 30, 2007 - “El Lasso,” a new wild mouse family roller coaster is announced to open during the Winter 2008 season.
      • December 26, 2007 - “Ultima S-Cape: Jay’s Model Theme Park” is announced as the new park name.

      • February 19, 2008 - “El Lasso” is delayed, and announced to open Spring 2008 as a spinning wild mouse family roller coaster.
      • February 21, 2008 - Various improvements for Spring 2008 and more information about “El Lasso” are announced.

      • April 4, 2008 - “El Lasso” opens.
      • - “Rabid Rumbler 360” is unveiled.
      • - The park introduces the "Teen Nights" concept with a live DJ.

      • May 24, 2008 - Park downsizes to 6 square feet temporarily.
      • - "Dance Gazebo" features new dances.
      • May 29, 2008 - "Rabid Rumbler 360" closes, bringing the "Rabid Rumbler" series to an end.
      • May 30, 2008 - "Delta Flight Force," a new military hanging coaster, is announced.

      • August 3, 2008 - Park introduces "Families At Day, Parties At Night."

      • December 29, 2008 - Park announces Winter 2009 plans.
      • - 35% (18 square feet) of the park will run.
      • - 2 new signature attractions are announced.
        • - "American Idol"-themed "Karaoke Show"
        • - "The Rocket Ride," a classic originally from 2006 season.

      • March 15, 2009 - Park announces various season improvements.

      • - Park opens for the “DeadFest 2009” Halloween event on weekends only.
      • - Fall 2009 is the final season for the original “Delta Flight Force” roller coaster.
      • September 25, 2009 - A delayed re-opening is noted until October, due to a sudden second move from Wickliffe.

      • Park is officially relocated to Cleveland Heights
      • September 26, 2009 - JEC Models announces an investment freeze for 6 months.
      • October 31, 2009 - Ultima S-Cape announces details regarding its Grand Re-Opening Holiday Season.
        • - All of the 2006 rides and attractions will return.
        • - Most of the 2007-2008 rides and attractions will return.
        • - "Super Nova" family roller coaster is re-announced.
        • - A new "Delta Flight Force: Mission 2" is announced. It will be a compact inverted roller coaster themed to the military, similar to the original.
      • November 7, 2009 - Ultima S-Cape's Official Grand Re-Opening date.

      • November 27, 2009 - “Ultima S-Cape” announces its 5 Year Anniversary Celebration for the entire year of 2010.
      • - 5 new roller coasters are planned for 2010.
      • - "The All American Comet" is announced to open in Winter 2010.
      • - "Dance Zone" runs for its final season in 2009.
      • - "Strip Street USA" is announced.
    • Spring 2010
      • February 2, 2010 - Ultima S-Cape announces “Skariyaptor."
        • - It is the largest investment on any single ride or attraction in the park since 2006.
        • - It is the longest coaster built by the JEC Models team to date.
      • March 17, 2010 - Spring 2010 details announced.
      • - Park will be divided into 6 different districts (areas)
        • Krazyville
          • - An area specialized just for thrillseekers.
          • - Themed to "Thrills."
        • The Midway
          • - Includes several traditional amusement attractions and is geared toward the entire family.
          • - Themed to "Fairground Midways."
        • Sprinkleland
          • - Ful-Filled with several rainbow-like colored grounds. This area features many family & kiddie rides and attractions. Geared toward children.
          • - Themed to "The Definition of Fun."
        • Base Zero
          • - Every guest will grab their armor and be prepared to meet several soldiers, conquer large thrill rides, and see several shows along the way.
          • - Themed to "An Active Military Base."
        • Strip Street USA
          • - Primarily a night time destination for teens and young adults to party and play safely during late hours.
          • - Area includes nightclubs, restaurants, and a 3D Motion Theatre. There is only one ride in this area.
          • - Themed to "A Partytown."
        • S-Cape Village
          • - Developed for the all-American tourist. Has a large market primarily for families and their children.
          • - Themed to "Lionel," A Trademark.
      • March 19, 2009 - "Skariyaptor," the park’s largest investment to date, opens along with the Spring 2010 season.

      • April 19, 2009 - The world’s first 4D Ball Coaster is announced.
